The Sanford Middle School (Minneapolis) PTA hopes to be able to support all students, teachers and families on our way to having a great year of middle school.
We look forward to working with everyone to make a positive impact this school year!
Sanford PTA supports teachers with funding for supplies or enrichment activities for qualified expenses.
How to request funds
First, check with the principal to check if your funding request could be paid for by school funds.
If your funding request is not covered by school funds, it may be eligible to receive funds by Sanford PTA.
Email the Sanford PTA at sanfordmspta@gmail.com your funding request.
Please include the following information:
Your name and role in the school
What your request is for and how it will benefit your teaching and/or your students.
How much it will cost
Any other important information
Next Steps
One of the Sanford PTA board members will reply to your email that your funding request has been received.
If there is already funds budgeted for this item, you will be notified how to receive funds.
If there is not funds already budged, then the funding request will need to be voted at the next PTA general meeting. The meeting dates can be found on the Sanford PTA home page
You are welcome to attend the general meeting to provide further clarification, but is not necessary.
If your funding request is approved, you should receive an email from the board about next steps.
Sanford Night Out is the biggest fundraiser of the year. There is a silent auction and raffle.

Please consider donating a lunch or party with students, baked goods, or whatever you desire. Auction items from teachers tend to be a hit!
