Join us for a kid-free night of craft beer, snacks and silent auction to support Sanford Middle School.  This is our biggest fundraiser of the year.

Silent Auction

Attention local business owners! 

Do you have a product or service that you would like to share with hundreds of local community members?   Parents and caregivers who see you support the local schools will be more likely to support your business.  

Some things that make excellent silent auction items:  gift certificates, SWAG collections, something that parents / caregivers or middle-school students (ages 11-14) would enjoy.

Are you able to help volunteer?

We're seeking the following volunteer positions to help the event run smoothly: 

• Fundraising Co-Chair  - this person  will help coordinate the event.

• Sanford Night Out Food Coordinator - this person will help make sure the event food is ordered and displayed.

• Sanford Night Out Set Up - this person will help  set up the decorations, food and silent auction items

• Sanford Night Out Tickets - this person will help with selling tickets on-site

• Sanford Night Out Raffle - this person will help sell raffle tickets. 

• Sanford Night Out Clean Up - this person will help clean up the event.
